Yesterday I purchased a lite liscense for one of my players. I then sent them the link and key for their software. They tried to download it a couple times but each time they tried to run it it would get the update window saying "Loading:" Then immediately it says "Done" without having installed any updates. This happens everytime he tries to open the software or the updater. And now this morning when we tried again it just sent us to a window that said not permitted. How can we fix this?
