Hi, I'm an ardent reader of low fantasy. I haven't gamed in quite some time, but have been yearning for a game pretty much since my gaming group split. Let me briefly describe what I think makes a good game. If you think alike, I'd like to get a pm from you.

In my opinion a good game resembles a good book. Effort has been made to make the characters vivid, the language enchanting and the story captivating. Character development, newly invented fantastical creatures, exotic armour and weapons, high magic, and so forth often eclipse the subtleties of great characters, language and stories. It also makes it more difficult to achieve the most important thing in a game; to engage the players. I love games that make the players nervous, excited, sad, angry, and so forth, and a low fantasy game does that like no other.

If you agree with me, even remotely, feel free to send me a pm. Perhaps we can get a group together if there's no suitable game currently running.
