Go to My Campaigns, select it and hit the Play button.

Once inside, you can open the Story window or the book. Older campaigns pit all the content under Story. Newer campaigns placed it under Book area.

As noted on the Start here page open Books click on Campaign and you can then read the page that opens. Click on the next arrow at the bottom of the window to go to the next page. You can click on Links in the pages to take you to whatever it's linked to such as an image or an encounter. Just follow the instructions given in each page. Do note that this is simply a tutorial to help get you started in Fantasy Grounds VTT. It's not a campaign in the sense that you would play a solo game.

So, Whiskey. What are you trying to get done?

Have you ever played a roleplaying game before? Have you ever been the DM?

The others here are trying to run you through the steps to create a campaign, or game world, for others to play in.

Is that what you are expecting?

I have played and DMd. I want to play DnD on FG. I want to play it first, then make campaigns. Then both. It looks nice. I hope I can do this.

Yes you can do this.

If you like learning by watching videos, check out some of the recent ones on YouTube. Lots to chose from.
You can also jump in the Discord and ask if anyone is available to help get you started: https://discord.gg/pcefJkw7Y
As well, you can check out FG Academy, they have a Discord as well and offer free classes on FG: https://discord.gg/fantasy-grounds-academy-336996544308051979

If you want to play DnD on FG, you'll have to find a group to play with first.

Fantasy Grounds creates the environment for a group of people to play DnD together at the same time.

It is possible to play solo on FG https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?82149-Solo-Play-Guide-for-FGU-INDEX and I believe that there are some solo modules available.

The videos are a wasteland
You're going to need to be a little more descriptive.
Have you tried Discord? Have you tried a free FGA class?

We are happy to help you, but we need detailed feedback otherwise we are just guessing at what you need help with.
