Can't access games while showing "offline" connections

Yesterday I was told of this site and wanted to join, I followed all the instruction from the site as well as confirmed with others of following directly to the T. once the application loaded, I noticed my status when you look next to your username was showing a red circle. I hovered my clicker over it to confirm that it was showing I was offline. At first I did not pay no attention to this because the site also had updates so I waited until everything was completed to try joining a game. Unfortunately when i clicked the "join game" tab I could not see anything listed. I went to my internet connection to make sure everything was okay. At the time I had a ping of 18 ms/ 68.46mb per sec on downloading/ 67.35mg per sec on uploading. I double checked with a tech friend (you will notice I am not tech savy at all, i'm very basic knowledge level) to confirm everything was working smoothly. I also checked with a Discord chat of what other things I am missing. We tried from checking the window defender to make sure the files were enabled access, to checking the compile logs, I even tried creating a completely different account just to see if maybe it was a bug which I later found out it would cause the systme to malfunction worse so I had support delete it quickly. I finally tried to restart my laptop and reinstall the application everything spanding throughout the whole afternoon until late morning. The following as of today I have checked to make sure my files are in a default location that does not have any blockage along with checking to make sure each file was present whic everything is in good standing. And yet.....with all the extra updates, all the computer jargen, and litterally bashing my head on my key pad out of frustration for this program to work I am still in the very same position when I first downloaded this app on my LG laptop. If ANYONE has any clue what is happening and what I can do (please instruct me as if im a child I only know basic functions) to fix this please reach out. I have tried to upload images to attached to show everything from beginning to current, yet this site is also saying my uploads are invalid so if you have an email or a discord to connect I just want this to work before I complete give up on something that could be something great.

As I said on Discord we need the compiled log files to see if those have any clues as to what is happening. If you can upload those here that would be great.

Sorry, but what you have posted isn't sufficient. Go to the dropdown next to your name and select compile logs. This will compile a zip file on your desktop (and open your desktop in window explorer) with the name fgu_logs_20260 or similar. Attach that complete file to your next post.

The logs show you've tried to login with a user called shieruka15 - this is not a valid FG user. Login to the application using your FG forum account and password - i.e. Saborina15. Make sure you've successfully logged in with Saborina15 to the FG application before continuing. Then, after logging in, run an update.
