Actual Play podcasts and IP issues

Say I attempt to run a session for a TTRPG based podcast based on a property like Doctor Who or Star Wars. Would i be breaking the copyright or trademark laws? Or does that qualify as Fair Use?

IANAL... but generally streaming is considered Fair Use by most IP holders. But I would look online and see if others are streaming those properties. As well, check and see if those properties generally support such or if they are known for Cease and Desist letters.
