One quick question. Can the license key contain similar looking letters and numbers (as in 6/G, 1/I, 0/O, 5/S, etc.)? My friend had to reinstall his FG and I found the paper where he had written they key down, but his writing is so bad that I can hardly make any sense of it. It would really help narrow down the number of variables to try.
Edit: I guess it's just best to wait until he gets home and can check his order history.
