In the Actions Tab, the only option I see for Metamagic is Heightened Spell. What about the other seven Metamagic Options?

I don't have much experience with the Effects syntax, but it looks like I can input different Metamagic effects if I knew what I was doing. Does anyone have experience with this? It would be nice to list the different syntax for each of the Metamagic Options:

Careful Spell
Distant Spell
Empowered Spell
Extended Spell
Heightened Spell (included in default FG D&D 5E Legacy)
Quickened Spell
Subtle Spell
Twinned Spell

Ex. The Effect for Heightened Spell is:
Heightened Spell; DISSAV: all; [ACTION]

Pretty much all of the metamagic options are theatre of the mind and don't require an effect, for example twinned spell just allows more than one target, extended spell allows for the spell to last longer etc. So there aren't any effects for any of them really. The only one that does would be Heightened spell since it gives disadvantage on the spell saves (for which there is an effect) and that is why it appears in the actions tab.

Ok, so it's just improvised. Yeah, thanks. Maybe I will disable Heightened Spell also, so that it doesn't fire when I push the Metamagic button. :p
