Where is the "Tutorial 5E Campaign"?

It is mentioned in the thread at:

but when I started up the game I did not see it listed when choosing "Load Campaign" at start up. Mind you this is with the free version.

It is all Free now - but make sure you have updated FG. The campaign is called 5e Sample Campaign

Unfortunately when I tell the program to update it just stalls on me. Looking at the log says:
1 Response received: {"error":"invalid_user"}
Not too long ago I changed my password because the old one was way too long to remember and now I can't seem to log in as when I try it just freezes up.
