NPC UPP 16+ Extension

MGT2E - NPC UPP 16+ (https://forge.fantasygrounds.com/shop/items/3094/view) extends the Mongoose Traveller 2nd Edition ruleset to fully support NPC characteristics above 15 using Extended Hexadecimal (EHex) notation, following the Traveller convention of skipping I and O.
Characteristic slots are dynamically assigned based on the NPC's race, reading data that's stored within the extension.

I appologise the first upload had an error that was corrected on 30/05/26.

Updated to 1.2 - Added Follower for the Truther career.
Updated to 1.3 - Add augments to attributes.
