Product: D&D Vecna: Eve of Ruin
Platform: Fantasy Grounds Unity
Ruleset: 5E
Section: Chapter 1 – Dolindar Tomb

After the 27 May 2026 update, I noticed several issues in the module. I cannot confirm whether these issues already existed before that update.

B2 – Newmy image/art missing
Newmy’s illustration appears to be missing from the module images. The related Story entry and NPC record should also reference this artwork. Relevant token(s) may also need updating.
B3 – Incorrect creatures assigned
The creatures in this area should be Lost Sorrowsworn, but different/incorrect creatures appear to have been entered.
Lost Sorrowsworn NPC image/token missing
The Lost Sorrowsworn artwork exists in the Appendix images, but the NPC records do not appear to have the image or tokens assigned properly.
B4 – Parcel magic item images broken
The magic item images inside the parcel do not open correctly. FG reports that the image cannot be found in chat.
The relevant DMG module is loaded, but the issue still occurs. As a workaround, I have to manually locate the base item in the DMG module and replace the image myself.

I pushed no updates for the module with today's push. I'm not sure of the B2 artwork. This module was created some time ago and I would have used the artwork provided by the publisher. What artwork are you referring to?

I did push an update to address the link issues.

The artwork exists in the D&D Beyond version of Vecna: Eve of Ruin, but I cannot find a corresponding image record in the Fantasy Grounds module.

What WotC provides us is what is presented in the module. If it's available on DnDBeyond that doesn't mean that we will have access to the asset(s) to incorporate. There are many instances where something is presented on their own service and not available to us.
