Walking through walls and closed doors...

Not sure when this started, but in a clean 5e campaign (i.e., no extensions, no mods), tokens can walk through walls and closed doors. Was a new option added or something? If so, let me know so I can turn that off.

GM can do this by holding one of the modifier keys (ctrl, alt, shift). Don't remember which one.
Do you have LOS turned on for the image?
Can you show a screen shot with the image control panel on LOS/layers open and included?

I figured it out! I had LOS turned off. Derp! Mea culpa. Thank you so much for the quick response!
