New player, need help

I have never played any kind of TTRPG and wanted to get into it online but I have no idea what to do, please help

I'd suggest that you find a game to get in on as a new player. Folks are friendly and will help you get started.

A great way to start is with various one-shots / online conventions / Game Days / organized play. You find those in the LFP and Discord as well.

If you like videos, you can watch one or two actual play videos online, but I would suggest you do not use highly polished ones like Critical Role. Those are not going to show you what actual play is like.

As well, another great way to start is to check out the FG Academy. Free classes and other resources for getting started. Jump on their Discord too.
