Ever since latest update my system shock has started to error. When an npc or player suffers system shock, it will roll the save and after the dice finishes rolling it errors with the following;
[5/20/2026 1:26:22 AM] [ERROR] Handler error: [string "5E:scripts/manager_action_save.lua"]:539: attempt to index global 'rAction' (a nil value)
I turned it off during session but went back to test what the cause was. Problem persisted with all extensions removed and all mods removed with the only exception being the 2024 core books.
