PF1 Effect Application

Currently, it seems that the button to apply effects from within a spell isn't functioning. Both [TRGT] and [SELF] return "[ERROR] Effect dropped on target which is not listed in the combat tracker."

On the other hand, actually dropping the effect on the intended target is working fine.

I currently have no extensions loaded, because I was losing my mind trying to troubleshoot this.

I'm not seeing that in my version. (see images)

Some thoughts:
* Try clearing and redoing the targets for that actor in the combat tracker.
* Maybe some bad data from an extension?
* Can you recreate in a brand new character?
* If can't track it down, you can try posting a zipped up copy of campaign.

First off, thanks for looking into it.

Secondly, you may or may not understand the scream I just leveled at my monitor.

I had only been testing with NPCs, so I took a PC that was already in the combat tracker, added an effect listing to them, and tested that out; it in fact worked. So! I went back to the NPC I was working with, and toggled *those*. They worked, despite not having done a single thing to them. The only change I made was to the PC.

This was an error that had persisted through several reboots of the program, various extensions being toggled off, etc, and the instant I make a fuss, it fixes itself.
