One of the updates this month has my GPU pegged at 100%. Using /vsync 4 improves it, but does not make it usable. It's worse when there's a map on screen with PCs/enemies. It happens with all extensions/themes disabled.

I'm running Linux Mint 22.3, Ryzen 5 7640U, AMD Radeon™ 760M. CPU and memory both have plenty of headroom.

Do you have any map effects like the water ripples or fog?

It was a while ago that when I used those effects it would hammer my GPU, I believe they fixed it at some point but that does not mean it hasn't come back or maybe it's something else

Since you have a Radeon GPU you can go into Adrenaline Gaming section, and the upper right corner has the 3 dots menu button, click that and add a game. Browse to your Fantasy Grounds install location and add it to the list if it's not in your games list already

Then click on Fantasy Grounds game and enable Radeon Chill set your idle and peak FPS to match the refresh rate of your monitor, or just go with 60 which is perfectly fine for any standard monitor

I hope this fix works for you and help keep things running good, cool and quiet.
