IGNORERESIST: all
vs
RESIST: all
still applies resistance to the damage.

In which Ruleset?

What ruleset are you using? And what exact resistances are you trying to ignore. I tested in 5e and IGNORERESIST: all is working at least against the damage types I tested with.

As well as the ruleset, we will ask you to test in a new campaign with no extensions enabled.

ruleset: 5e legacy
fresh campaign. no extensions.
it works fine against individual resistances, but it fails specifically against RESIST: all

So just to be clear. The target has RESIST: all on them and the attacker has IGNORERESIST: all. If so then, yes the IGNORERESIST: all doesn't prevent resistance. I think that might be because of the way the effects are processed, but we'll need some input for Moon Wizard on that.

Just pushed adjustment to Core handling to allow IGNORERESIST: all to disable RESIST: all.
