Just pushed a Core update that should at least move past that error; not sure if that will give the right list in that case, but should at least not error in that spot. Please run a new Check for Updates.

I can't recreate this issue (before the hotfix from Moon Wziard). Check that you don't have a custom background that has some missing fields.
