Skill Checks not working

Our team is experiencing a problem in the D&D 5e 2024 rulset. When we try to roll a skill check from the skills sheet we are getting the die roll animation but no results are reported to the chat window.

I'm not seeing that here. Are you running any extensions?

I suspect this may be due to the Stealth Tracker extension as this was the cause of this problem for me yesterday. The good news is that as of this morning Stealth Tracker was updated and all seems to be working now.
