Unless the devs have worked together, then yes. To find out, each store page should have a link to a "Forum Thread" near the top left corner. You can ask in those threads.

Note, the release this week re-worked the effects system, I'm pretty sure BCEG has been updated, and Silent Ruin is great about testing and updating his extensions as well. But, I strongly suggest you learn base FG first, and then learn one extension at a time. Enabling multiple extensions at a time are often going to confuse the learning process, and if you don't know what base FG does already make trouble shooting even harder.
