I think I got the Potion of Invulnerability. see attached 6732267323

For the Potion of Heroism I got these effects working 67324 67325

But

It's not adding the Non-Concentration Bless 67326

I think RESIST: all for the potion of invulnerability. I don't see anything wrong with the bless effect so I don't know why you are unable to apply it.

If you applying this via an extension then you'll need to post in the forum thread for that extension if it isn't working correctly.

I have extensions installed but not yet sure how to use them. I'm creating it from the Actions Tab and creating it from scratch

When I say it's not working...I click on the potion and it auto gives me the 10 temp hp. The Bless does not appear in the combat tracker

If I click on the Use Power to the left of the word Potion of Heroism..........it will give me the temp hp but not the bless

If I click on the Effect for Bless......it does work.....and of course it does not give me the temp hp

They are two separate effects; so you need to click on both of them (the green + and the wee purple man icon) to gain the benefits. The Use Power button is really just for broadcasting that a power has been used. If you were able to combine the effects into one line it would work with the use power button; but that isn't possible.

As the recent big update can impact extensions, I would recommend you don't run any extensions that you don't know how to use - otherwise you won't know if they're working properly or not.

As you're learning FG, as LordEntrails recommended elsewhere, learn base FG first - don't enable a bunch of extensions, learn how FG works without extensions. Don't think of extensions like game expansions - where you may feel that enabling everything gives you the best experience; the opposite can be the case with Fantasy Grounds - extensions change the base FG code and community extensions are usually created in isolation and can frequently clash, be out of date, or just simply have issues. The more extensions you run, the greater chance you have of experiencing issues, especially when there are FG updates or one of your extensions gets updated. Hence why many troubleshooting threads mention "disable all extensions and re-test". With this in mind, try to learn FG without using any extensions. Then, once you're familiar with FG, look at a small number of extensions that you really, really feel you need - i.e. they provide specific functionality that will significantly improve your FG experience. You'll still need to keep an eye on extension updates and disable them if you have issues, but the lower the number of extensions you run, the less issues you will experience in the long run.

I can do that. It would be easier if I could join more games. That way it would require me to utilize more of the characters features as oppose to me loading my own campaign and making adjustments to different characters. Learning how to create more effects myself along with the outstanding ppl in this channel. I really do not have a way to test the more complex effects because I'm the only one in the game room

Check out the Discord server, there are frequent Game Days there. Not too many open games, but a few every month and you should be able to get into one or two if your schedule permits. There is also a FGGL discord server and I think that has regular GMs looking for players. I don't have time right now, otherwise I would run some Game Days, but its a good way to get experience and meet some fun folks.
