I click on the Edit List button in the bottom right of the character sheet but the Add Power Group button does not appear. I can drag a feature or ability to the Actions Tab and it creates a new Power Group but why is the button not available?

There is no Add Power Group button; just add a new Power and give it a new group name, and it will automatically create the power group.

??? How do you add a new power beside dragging the ability/feature onto the Actions Tab?

The only two buttons I have in the bottom right are Add Weapon and Edit List

After you unlock the character from the window menu bar at the top of the character sheet, there should be two buttons at the bottom to add a weapon or add a power. (see image)

If you're not seeing the same; make sure to disable any extensions.

That doesn't look like you're running the same version as me. Can you post a pic of the chat window right after you start your campaign?

Make sure to test without the extensions you are running to make sure that one of them isn't interfering. If it's still a problem then go into your rulesets folder and delete the 5e.pak and CoreRPG.pak files and then update FGVTT before trying again.

That worked. No idea which extension was causing the problem. Luckily I know of the work around

If you add extension back in one at a time and test until you find the issue you'll know which one. Of course it could be a combination of more than one which could be problematic.

Probably the extension that adds that "Upcast" field that's causing the issue. Check if you're using this: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?62208-5E-Spell-Automation
