When ever clicked on weapon for damage.. error popped up.. Effects couldn't be place (no picture for that) I ran a few rounds of combat then tried to start another combat when I deleted old monsters and added new.. the initiative was messed up (second picture)

There are a few other issues but these are most critical right now.. Log file also attached.

I had updated FG again at about 9:30pm CST.

I just pushed a hot fix to address the damage roll script error. Please run a new Check for Updates to get the latest.

For the initiative, I'm not sure what I'm looking for. Could you walk me through the issue, and how to recreate?

For anything else, please provide any details (or script errors), and any steps to recreate. I'm not familiar with Starfinder, so directions help make sure I see what you do.

Sorry I thought I had screenshot the top columns. The first column is initiative. it isn't sorted at all. I finished a battle and deleted npc's off of combat tracker, added new npc via (add encounter to tracker) When I looked, I noticed the initiatives were not numerically sequenced correctly. The first battle /encounter had no issues except random initiative isn't working. I am unsure if the missorted initiative is due to random initiative.

Could you click the Compile Logs when the error appears, and provide the .zip file?
Are you running any extensions? If so, please disable all extensions and try again?

I'm not seeing any issues when I make attack/damage/heal/effect action rolls from the Actions tab of the character sheet.

You are using an ammunition manager extension, which has probably not been updated for the latest code version. Try disabling your extension.
