For those looking for more information on the new effects system released in the last patch the wiki has been extensively re-written and updated. I've tried to include lots of examples but I'll add more once the system has bedded down. I'm also working on some new videos which I'll release in due course.

A more detailed explanation or example for @ADVSAV and @DISSAV maybe? I'm not sure yet what the difference is to the non @ variants.

If an actor has @ADVSAV on them then any saving throws that another actor forces them to make will get advantage; @DISSAV will give disadvantage. It’s similar to how GRANTADVATK and GRANTDISATK work. The defender is granting advantage or disadvantage to the attacker.

@ADVSAV is the other way around - if an actor in the CT with @ADVSAV triggers a save on a target, the target gets advantage to the save. Basically, @ADVSAV on the attacker, gives ADVSAV to the target/s.
This is the reverse of @ADVATK and ADVATK - ADVATK is active on the attacker and @ADVATK is active on the defender.

Thank you both!
From the description in the Wiki I would have thought Zacchaeus is correct, but that's the same as without the @? So I suspected it to be how Trenloe describes it, but didn't have the opportunity to test it.
Now I have still two conflicting explanations. If Trenloe is correct, the Wiki seems to be wrong or at least confusing to me.

Trenloe's explanation is the correct one and the wiki is, indeed, misleading. It should read "Any actor with this effect on them will give advantage on the saving throw specified. If no [ability] then all saving throws will have advantage." I'll update that idc.
