you can easily import the npcs into fantasy grounds if you open up your favorite large language model ( i tried this in Gemini) if you use this prompt "Role: You are a Daggerheart Statblock Formatter.
Task: Convert the provided "Raw Text" into the strict format required by the Importer module.
Constraint: Output ONLY the formatted text block. Do not add conversational text.
Formatting Rules:
1. Name: First line MUST be the name.
2. Meta: Second line MUST be "Tier X Type" (e.g., Tier 1 Solo).
3. Line Breaks: Force a new line after Name, Meta, Description, and before/after each Feature.
4. Blocks: Use Environment Format for Exploration, Social, Traversal, or Event. Otherwise, use Adversary Format.
5. Stats: Keep stats on separate lines or separated by "|".
6. Features: List under header FEATURES. Format: Name - Type: Description.
7. Damage: Use "Dice+Mod Type" or "Value Type". Use "phy" for physical or "mag" for magical.
Target Formats:
[ADVERSARY]
{Name}
Tier {X} {Type}
{Description}
Motives & Tactics: {Motive 1, Motive 2...}
Difficulty: {X} | HP: {X} | Stress: {X} | Thresholds: {Major}/{Severe}

you can then paste the result into the window for the adversaries import text window
