Does 5e Better Combat Effect Gold include 5e Automatic Effects?

I have 5e Better Combat Effect Gold and getting ready to go through the tutorial and forum post. Does Gold also include Fizban's Treasury of Dragons?

I have the 2024 Player Guide, DM's Guide, Tasha's, Xanathars and Heroes of Faerun

Better Combat Effects just adds a huge bunch of additional effects. It doesn't add anything else; you still have to create the effects yourself to do whatever you want. 5e Automatic effects is a different extension but will work with BCEG. Do note that the effects system has been completely re-written and some of the effects that are added by BCEG and some of the timing things it does have been added to the ruleset. This is currently in test and is due to be released next week, so you may want to hold off before diving into complicated extensions.

One of the extensions I'm using is not listed on the google spreadsheet. Does that mean it's Good to Go?

No, it means no one has tested it with the beta to see if it will work.
My advice is to always assume every extension will break when their is an update until you validate that it won't.
To me, this means never update right before a game start. And tell your players not to as well. When you have time, days before a play session, update and test. This way you can hopefully get the developer of any extension you discover does work to fix it. Or at least you know you need to disable it before play time.
