Is there a way to create an effect on a target that my weapon and Ranger Spells attacks ignores Resistance to Cold dmg?67138

Not currently without an extension. However in the next release which is due next week you'll be able to create an effect of IGNORERESIST: cold

What about an Effect that reduce the amount of dmg you are getting ready to receive? 67332

Did the new Update add a feature for that?

The effect you are looking for is DMGR: 1d8 [INT]. I think also DMGWARD: 1d8 [INT] would also work.

You should be able to go to edit post and then manage attachments and delete them there. The three attachments you made to your other post don't lead anywhere.
