East Texas University Theme not Loading

I'm about to run a campaign of Savage Worlds East Texas University and I can't seem to get the theme to load properly, it just sticks with the boring old Savage Worlds Adventure Edition theme which, I low key kind of hate. I tested with one of the FG themes and it worked fine, but for some reason, it simply defaults to the generic SW theme.

There's not much in the "Theme: SW - East Texas University" theme - benny graphics change and a very dim background for the character sheet. There's also a couple of background decals you can select.

You can combine this theme with another theme. It will give you what Trenloe listed on top of whatever the other theme changes.

Thanks. I thought it'd be more blue or something, but I'm seeing the differences now.
Don't suppose anyone knows if Class Ring is tucked away in one of the modules. Found it weird they had Study Abroad but no Class Ring.
