I recent had to to wipe my computer, and now i can't get my perchases itets on steam to loud back in, why, i synk my account but hey still wont loud back in.

Make sure you re-sync your accounts after you redownload FG and run updates.
Then close out of FG, (I restart my computer fully) then resync your accounts.
Then run updates again.
If that does not help likely email support/ the link up above.

The make sure you have run an Update after doing so.
If this still doesn't work, try removing the Steam link (details in the Wiki page I linked above), re-create the link, sync etc. (all detailed in the Wiki page) and then run an update.

Product purchases aren't linked to your serial key (which essentially aren't used anymore with the move to free to play anyway) they are linked to your account name - hence the need to sync Steam purchases to your account.

ok, some one on the fantasy grounds told me that i am link, but my bought items has not drop, i need to find out why, could my firewall be the cause, or something else is blocking it.

Run an update and then attach the "FGUpdaterEngine.log" file here. Find that file in the FG app directory (click the folder icon in the top left of the FG launch screen). This will give us an idea if there may be some issues with the update process.

If you don't see the attachment button as shown by @LordEntrail, click the "Go Advanced" button to the bottom right of the Reply text then you'll be able to attach a file to the post.

You should be able to attach it to a post. You may need to click the "Go Advanced" button and then down at the bottom, click the "Manage Attachments" button allow you to attach the log to a post.

That isn't the file we need. We need FGUpdaterEngine.log - see post #9 earlier in this thread.

Thanks for providing that log file. I can see 37 products have been verified are installed - including some D&D 5e products, Savage Worlds, Fallout, and others. What products are you missing when you load up a FG campaign?

i like to know, when you update, it update extention too, because i was missing them because i didn't have some of them activated, so when i redid my computer it was show some of them in the update, because when i did my update before it had some where between 140 items 145, and after it was show 95, and if that the case, then I'm an idiot.

If the extension is part of a FG product on Steam, the FG store or the FG Forge, and update should update/download them. If you installed an extension from the FG forum or from an external source (e.g. DM's Guild) they need to be manually updated/installed. Can you be more specific about what you're missing?
