Is there a way to automatically apply an Effect when hitting someone with a weapon?

Documentation on the currently available effects is available here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/996643388/PFRPG2+Effects
What kind of effect are you looking to apply? For example: ATK modifies the attack roll, DMG modifies the subsequent damage roll. Please provide more information as to what exactly you're trying to do.

Attacks are always at least two steps - roll to hit, then roll to apply damage or other effects. You can't make this a one step process (i.e. automatically apply damage/effects as part of an attack roll that hits). Effects other than persistent damage can't be applied directly from a weapon's damage action, but you can create activities (or, dummy spell records if you prefer) that can be used to apply effects - but you'll need to apply those manually (click the effect buttons, or the apply all effects button).
