This is a very simple extension (for any ruleset) which provides a UI for a "puzzle key".

If you like hand-outs when you play in person, then you might like this when you play on FG.

Enable the "Puzzle - Word Key" extension when you load your campaign. It adds a button in the Tool category of the sidebar.

The key has four "teeth" or "tines", each with four letters. The players can click on any tooth to slide it up or down, forming different 4-letter words.

The DM can select which teeth are visible (in case you want your players to find each part separately).

The default set of letters can make many words, but you can change the letters using /puzzlekey:
- To store a set of letters: /puzzlekey # ABCD EFGH IJKL MNOP
- To change which set is active: /puzzlekey #

To change the font: /puzzlekey font FontName (ouija, runes, tengwar). Other fonts can be supported; let me know if there's a specific one you'd like.

Would love to see configurable letters or runes and the possibility to make the tines changeable from 4 letter words up to 6 letter words.

I added support for changing the letters (use /puzzlekey for details).

To store a set of letters: /puzzlekey # ABCD EFGH IJKL MNOP
To change which set is active: /puzzlekey #

And to change the font: /puzzlekey font FontName (ouija, runes, tengwar)

Note that I think the font has to be included in the extension, so if there's a particular one you want me to support, let me know which one.

Changing the number of tines, or the number of letters per tine, while possible, will take me a while.
