Legend of Ghost Mountain missing chapter

Hi,

I may be going daft, but the FG conversion of Legend of Ghost Mountain seems to be missing the Sanctuary city chapter.

The FG book goes from "On The Run" to "What Next".

The original PDF/book has a whole section on Sanctuary city, pages 126, 127, 128, 129, 130 which appear to have been missed in the conversion.
