I'm just creating a new NPC and wanted to add spells but there is no Spell Bar to add type or number of Spells.
I removed all extensions, NPC's imported from modules still work and if copied can be modified to add the Spell interface.
OK - solved?
Closing and opening the lock on the NPC adds the necessary button - that's weird! Occasionally the contents disappear, but then opening and closing the lock fixes it.
