Power Creation Issue

Hi there, I followed the video instructions for creating a power (I'm trying to add a power for fighting style:defense), but when I create the power there is no cog icon that allows me to add or amend the effect. So I'm not sure how to add the AC bonus without this.

For what ruleset? This is a general area and we need to know the ruleset as it may be different depending on it.

Apologies. This is for 5e.

Make sure that the character sheet is unlocked and then click on the new power button at the bottom. Right click over the blank line that appears and select add effect/heal/damage/cast etc from the context menu. This will create a new line with the cog icon which you can click to add whatever it is you want to do.

The video you are probably talking about was made before certain changes to the character sheet were made (including being able to lock it).
