Players can't see characters

We ran check for update before the game (I know, I know...)

Players can connect, no error messages, but they can't see their characters (character selection window doesn't show any characters - even after clearing ownership), sharing maps doesn't pop up for them, and their personal settings (eg hotbar slots).

Anyone else having any problems? We're trying to roll back to PREV channel to see if we can play tonight.

SWADE ruleset, Ghost Mountain module loaded. Haven't tried without the Emotion feature (will do when PREV channel is up and running at least).

A few tests to try:
1) Reboot the GM computer.
2) Try testing with a second instance of FG on the same computer as the GM - does the same thing occur for this local player instance?
3) Ask the players to clear their cache directory for the campaign and then have just one player join the game (don't have multiple players join at once) and see if that helps.

We've got it going for tonight by switching off the (small number of) extensions, will report back once game is done and I've tested further. So looks like an extension issue.

Send a log file. That will list the extensions and maybe load errors and warnings.
