This boon is meant to add your strength score to damage dealt on a 20, but it seems to only add the modifier. Is this a bug?

The effect is described as Strike); DMG: [STR]; [SELF]

The boon is described as "Overwhelming Strike. When you roll a 20 on the d20 for an attack roll, you can deal extra damage to the target equal to the ability score increased by this feat. The extra damage's type is the same as the attack's type."

Can anyone help with this please?

When you roll a 20, you would add this effect before rolling damage. The effect only lasts for one action; so goes away after it is applied.

DMG: [STR] as you say will only add the ability modifier to the damage roll, but it would seem that in this particular case you actually add you strength to the damage and not just the modifier. In that case you'll need to change the effect to DMG: x where x is your strength score.

Thanks, that makes sense. Will add the numbers in when the boon is used.
