Cursed Scroll 3 equipment shows incorrect equipment

Hi, the cursed scroll zine vol 3 for equipment shows the wrong properties section. It is showing Cursed Scroll 1 items (e.g. Bolas) but not Stave. For instance, Stave has the Sundering effect, but it's not explained below.

Also, I suggest adding the "Sundering" explanation in the weapon or even adding it as a weapon property that can be added similar to finesse.

I requested that the new properties be added to the ruleset. However, the programmer is not willing to do so.

Edit: Added more description about properties is a good idea. I will look into that.
