Roleplay & Combat mix: Cypher System allows for quick and fast paces combat. The game is heavily focused on Roleplaying, but often certain actions lead to combat.
Number of Players in game & needed: We have two dedicated players and we're looking for a couple more as diversity makes things more fun.
Character starting level & equipment: Per Cypher System you'll start as a Tier 1, but we have some homebrew factions that'll allow characters to begin with a few extra perks.
Character restrictions: No character restrictions, but we're all humans. We haven't discovered other live in the cosmos yet.

Details of your scenario: In the year 2552 humans have colonized our solar system. Earth has survived the climate disaster of the 21st century only to fall into chaos and war during the 22nd. War's ended, along with old governments; and a new alliance and time of expansion began. Secret's unknown to the common man is hiding right before our eyes but the powers to be keep the common man blind. A random solar storm destroys a mining facility on Mercury and disrupts the Faraday Blockade around Venus. A slither of truth pokes out, a bit of data slips through, and the conspiracies begin to flow anew. What part will you play? What will you do?

I wouldn't mind the late "jump in", as long as you don't mind that we normally end at 9pm est plus or minus just a few minutes. Myself and the two current players all wake up around 4am for work.
