How to Obtain License Key Once payment is made

Does anyone know who to talk to or how long it takes to get a license key from the folks at Fantasy Grounds once I've paid for the license through PayPal with a credit card? I thought it would be automated and that the license key would automatically be sent, but apparently now. Thanks.

If you didn't get it in an hour max you should contact whoever you bought it from. Obviously check your spam filter too. If you bought FG from the Smiteworks store then e-mail [email protected] and let them know. I got my licences when a bought them in less than a minute.

My boss who purchased our keys also said he got his keys in less than a minute when he purchased them on 3 separate occasions. He to purchased through SmiteWorks directly.

Also if you bought it through the FG store, you can check your history.

How do I check the history. I'm on the FG2 store page, and I don't see anything indicating a history check???
