Characters vanished

I logged into the tabletop for my current campaign and found that all the characters were gone. Gone from the map, gone from the CT, gone from the party sheet, and gone from the character tab. Has anyone had this happen before?

Are you the GM or a player?
If you are the GM,
- is your FG data folder in a cloud sync'd location such as Google Drive?
- have you looked at one of your automatic campaign backups? See Restore Campaign to an Earlier Save - Fantasy Grounds Customer Portal - Fantasy Grounds (https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/1207304196/Restore+Campaign+to+an+Earlier+Save)
If you are a player,
- did you change your username when connecting to your GM? This includes a change in capitalization
- did you GM clear ownership of the character?
