Someboy point me to the right button... How do I turn off auto-initiative draws so my players can draw from the deck directly?

That is not a feature of the ruleset. In Savage Worlds the GM deals out the cards, not the players.

It’s true that the SWADE rulebook says it that way, but in my in-person games, I really enjoy letting the players draw their own cards, and once they’re done, I draw the action cards for the groups of Extras and the Wild Card characters. Also, it’s true that I don’t mind at all how it has been implemented in Fantasy Grounds.

The big advantage for players is if you allow them first draws before NPCs then all the cards are available. Drawing all at once the players "lose" the card choices already drawn by NPCs. It's a slight statistical advantage but it helps keep PCs alive.

You can manually draw the cards (as a GM if yo really want to , but I cannot see the point) players cannot draw cards in FG
But if you really want to you can manually assign cards from the deck to the CT.
Then after the last entry on the CT has performed an action DO NOT click next, but then clear cards and deal again manually, but this breaks ALL the effect timers.
RAW GM deals the cards hence that's how FG does it (especially as FG doesn't have any proper card mechanics)
