Unable to Edit LOS Occluders

Just noticed this, in a new D&D 5E campaign with no extensions, maps loaded from a module can not have the LOS elements edited.


Steps to reproduce:

Create new camapign
Load Lost Mine of Phandelver
Open Image Cragmaw Hideout (Players)
Unlock map, select Line of Sight in the image control panel
Select edit pencil icon
unable to select any existing element handles.


Expected behavior at step 6 is to be able to select a handle and drag or delete it.

Yea, that solved it. I don't remember layers being locked by default before but that's probably a good thing.
