I took a couple month break from playing D&D. In that time, I find out fantasy grounds went free to play. I got the 150$ lifetime subscription years ago. I read that there was a Loyalty Rewards Program or Loyalty bonus for members like me. Were the rewards not automatically given to people that were eligible because I can't find anything that would suggest that in my library, nor was I sent any mail in fantasy grounds or sent an email informing me of the program

Turns out there is a place where you can still claim the rewards

Go here

https://www.fantasygrounds.com/

and there is a link you can press reading this message

"OWN A LICENSE? - If you already had a Fantasy Grounds license prior to the Free to Play transition, you can claim epic rewards from us and our partners!"

check mark every box and press submit

There is still this message tho

"Congratulations! You are eligible to claim any of these free products from SmiteWorks and our partners. This is a limited time promotion good until Jan 1st, 2026."

I don't understand why they are not keeping this loyalty program up indefinitely or just automatically putting these resources into everyone's library.

There were also a bunch of items added to your original order. You should see in your Order History a bunch of $0 items on your Ultimate license order.

the link for the new stuff you can claim is https://www.fantasygrounds.com/claimRewards

The rewards were only advertised to be claimable by Jan 1, 2026, but we have left it up for people to continue to claim them.

The loyalty rewards idea sounds like a smart way to keep the community engaged long term. I’ve been reviewing a chst practice test (https://practicetestgeeks.com/chst-exam) recently, so discussions about motivation and participation really stand out.
