Help loading purchased adventure

Hi

I bought an adventure on Steam (Shadowed Keep on the Borderlands). It shows in my order history on FG, but can't figure out how to load it into my game. I have created a campaign, but it doesn't appear in my modules to load in. Any ideas what i have missed?

Did you link and maybe resync your steam account with FG?

Did you run the updater? After making a purchase you need to run the updater to get the content.

I have resynced numerous times, updated several times, and tried a forced app update, all with no joy

One thing about buying modules, the Smiteworks store here has a 30 day no questions asked refund policy, while Steam has a very short return window. Unless you are getting much better local pricing on Steam, it might be worth buying from this website.
