It seems the shadow behind the Round# message is not showing up behind the main text. I tried this using the Traveller ruleset using two different themes (main and dark) and with a few extensions and with no extensions and got the same result.

I am not sure when this showed up as it is was the first time we've played since this was implemented. It was seen by the GM and all connected players (there were 3). The shadow only persisted as long as the main Round# text was on the screen and it did it for every round.
