I don't know if it's intended to work like this now, so it's more of a request for clarification:

I'll use D&D 5E as an example, The Sample 5E campagin specifically, using the Sample Encounter - Goblins included.
Before the new aggregation of the toast notifications, when casting an AOE spell with a character (say, Burning Hands with Elara Brightwood) against the two goblins, if the damage dealt was enough to kill the two goblins (7 hp each) the many notifications included the Damages dealt to each goblin, the Effect added: Prone, and the Effect added: Unconscious.
Now, the aggregated notification in the same situation shows one notification for the Damages, but does NOT notify that Unconscious and Prone are added.

If instead those effects are added via other means (manually adding them to the combat tracker, or via single-target spells like Sleep so there's no aggregation) those notifications DO pop out.

So it looks like when aggregating notifications, only the first toast notification is shown, the others are lost.
Unless that's how it's expected to work now? but it would seem strange to me.

To clarify:

in the previous implementation, we had a flood of "Damage" notifications AND a flood of "Effect Added" notifications:

With the new aggregated notifications, I was expecting to see one "Damage" notification, with the total damage dealt and a list of enemies, and one "Effect Added" notification with the list of effects (Prone, Unconscious) and a list of affected enemies.

Instead, I see only the "Damage" one, and there's no "Effect added" notification - but the effects ARE added to the combat tracker, and the chat shows the effects being added.

I deliberately removed any automatically applied "conditions" associated with damage from notifications to reduce spamming both in chat and pop-up notifications.

Ah, so it is expected. Alright, good to know.
