Image bounds rect

Are there any free programs that would tell me the x, y, width, length that is required for bounds rect for setting up characters sheets? Guessing the numbers seems imposible and i'm going to go blind doing it that way :(

One of the nice features of IrfanView is it gives information like this in the title bar when you select and area. Its a free file converter/batch processor.
