In v5.0.0 there was a right-click option to allow/disallow all modules:

In v5.1.0 this is no longer available:

Please re-enable this functionality. I have a large number of modules that are by default available (adventure path player guides, for example) that I need to disallow when starting a new campaign and it's much more efficient to disallow all and then just allow the modules I want to give the players access to.

I'll look at that. In the mean time; there is a new Export/Import Campaign Module Settings button at the top of the Modules window you can use.

I've restored the menu for Allow/Disallow to apply to all. Autoload is deliberately disabled by design.
