Summary
On 01/07/26, system-wide input lag began occurring whenever any image (maps, handouts, etc.) is opened. This behavior occurs regardless of image file size and persists even with all extensions disabled.

Observe that the lag and stuttering immediately stop.
Expected Result:
Images can remain open without causing system-wide input lag or degraded mouse responsiveness.
Actual Result:
Mouse movement stutters and skips.
Mouse clicks are delayed by one or two seconds.
Lag worsens the longer an image remains open.
Issue occurs regardless of image size.
Issue stops immediately when the image is minimized or closed.
Additional Notes:
Behavior began after updating to Fantasy Grounds v5.0.0.
Issue persists with all extensions disabled.
Xbox Game Bar overlay was not enabled.
NVIDIA overlay was previously installed but has since been uninstalled.
