From the image, those modules are currently loaded in your campaign. If you click the Unload button, it will unload and remove the records the module contains.

Load module will make content from various modules (books, DLC) available in the active campaign in the library such as stories, NPCs, items, Classes, backgrounds, etc.

Think of a campaign as your table. You might have a bookshelf full of RPG books, but you and the players can only access those that you take out of your bookshelf and place on the table. That is loading a module. And Unloading it puts it back int he bookshelf.
