Roleplay & Combat mix: Definitely a good amount of roleplaying for narrative structure

Character starting level & equipment: Start at level 1. Equipment based on starting gold.
Character restrictions: Evil characters discouraged. CN characters discouraged. Racial class options are per 1E AD&D, so no Dwarf wizards or halfling paladins etc

Details of your scenario: The campaign is set on the edges of the Kingdom of Kayomar near the Shelves of Mist and the Darkenfold Forest in the C&C world setting of Airhde.

I am very intrested. I have played D&D for a very long time and played some other RPG games over the years including Castles & Crusades and Shadowdark. Really enjoyed Castles & Crusades.

I have another player intrested also depending on day. We have played together for a long time.

Everyother week 7:30pm CT works for me on Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri, Sat, or Sun.

Every week Tues or Thur 7:30pm CT. Might be able to make another day work every week but not guaranteed at this point.

Long time role player, played lots of all editions D&D, not too familiar with the C&C rules, but should not be a problem. Any class, race , roll...doe not matter. I like random rolling not preconceived wanna be backstory novelists.

C&C is basically 1E AD&D with simpler/more unified mechanics. If you've ever played 1E or 2E AD&D C&C will feel very familiar.

C&C is basically 1E AD&D with more unified mechanics. If you've played 1E or 2E, C&C will feel very familiar. It does not have the bloat of 2E. I loved the WP and NWP system but I've found that players wouldn't even attempt something if they did not have the NWP, whereas in C&C, like 1E, if you can imagine it you can go for it. There may be a large modifier on the roll but you can try. I think it makes for faster and more exciting gaming than checking to see how far a character with the jumping proficiency can jump then debating whether to attempt it etc.
